Do I own Nike stock if I hold RUN?
No. RUN gives you no shareholder rights, no votes, no claim on NIKE, Inc. and no contractual entitlement. Distributions are paid in a third-party tokenized stock that tracks the share price on that issuer's terms.
Where does the Nike stock come from?
From RUN's trading fees. They are used to buy tokenized Nike stock, NKE issued by Backpack Securities, which is paid to runners. The team keeps no fee.
